Do I need to register for an order at schnittchen patterns?
No, you do not need to register, just provide your name and address.
What are the benefits of registering at schnittchen patterns?
Registering at schnittchen patterns has the advantage that you do not have to enter your data again for a second order. You only need to enter an email address and a personal password. In your address book, you can specify different shipping and billing addresses, and you have an overview of completed and current orders in your account.
Where can I find my shopping cart?
The shopping cart will be displayed to you during the ordering process. You can access it at any time via the link in the main navigation.
What can I do if I want to correct an order?
To correct your order, you can either use the “update” button in the shopping cart (e.g., to change the quantity of an item) or delete items.
Even later, changes to your order are possible via the “edit links.” If you have placed an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible by email (info@schnittchen.com) so that we can change it in time.
How do I know that my order has been received by schnittchen patterns?
If you have received a confirmation email from schnittchen patterns, your order has been received. You will be notified by email about the further status of your order.
Can I also order from abroad?
Orders from abroad are possible. If your country is not available in the country menu, please contact us by email (info@schnittchen.com).
PAYMENT
How can I pay at schnittchen patterns?
At schnittchen patterns, you can pay via PayPal or Klarna. With Klarna, you can choose from various payment methods.
Where can I redeem a voucher code?
The voucher code will be requested during the ordering process. Enter it in the designated field and click “Apply.” The amount will then be credited to your order.
DELIVERY
All schnittchen sewing patterns are virtual products (pdf downloads). You will receive them immediately after payment is received via a link in the shipping email or you can download them in your account. Please also always check your spam folder after placing an order.

Where can I view, change, or delete my data?
If you have created an account at schnittchen patterns, you can change your personal data there. Otherwise, only your shipping and billing address will be stored with an order, which will of course be treated confidentially and not used for other purposes.
Do you want to subscribe, unsubscribe, or receive the newsletter at a different email address?
You can subscribe to the newsletter either during the ordering process or by entering your email address in the newsletter box (see below). You have the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via a link in the newsletter itself. Of course, you can also simply send us an email with the subject “Unsubscribe Newsletter.”

What are download patterns?
Download patterns are sewing patterns that you can download as a pdf file and then print at your own printer.
Do you want the pattern printed as a 1:1 pattern?
We have decided to offer the sewing patterns only as download patterns. However, we want to make it as easy as possible for you and have included a 1:1 file with each pattern that you can have printed at your trusted copy shop or by an online service provider. You can find more information and helpful links on the link Print on Demand.
How do I know which size I need to cut?
A measurement chart is included with each sewing pattern. You can also view it in advance for each item under the tab Measurement Chart .
