Finish the pocket facing edge on the front pants with a zigzag stitch.
Press the pocket facing on the front pants at 2.5cm.
Finish the front lining pocket bag at the front edge (see marking) with a zigzag stitch, slide it under the pocket facing up to the pre-pressed fold edge, and pin.
Topstitch the pocket facing on the lining bag directly at the facing cut edge without seam allowance, close to the edge.
Topstitch the pocket opening edge close to the edge from the right side.
Pin the back pocket bag (fabric) right sides together onto the front pocket bag. (Lining) lay and pin.
Close the pocket bag and finish the seam allowances with a zigzag stitch.
Pin the front and back pant legs right sides together. Sew the side seams and inseams, finish the seam allowances with a zigzag stitch, and press towards the back of the pants.
Turn one pant leg inside out. Insert the other leg (right side out) into the inside-out leg. The right sides of the fabric are facing each other, side seams and inseams align. Pin and sew the crotch seam. Finish the seam allowances with a zigzag stitch and press towards the back of the pants.
Finish the pant hems with a zigzag stitch and fold in 1cm. Fold over. Press and topstitch close to the edge from the right side.
Finish the short edges of the waistband pieces (side seams) with a zigzag stitch. Pin the waistband right sides together and sew the waistband into a loop. Leave an approximately 2cm opening in the lower part of the left side seam, through which the elastic will later be threaded.
Press the waistband lengthwise on the fold and fold it double, right sides together, pin against the top edge of the pants. Topstitch, finish the seam allowances with a zigzag stitch, and press downwards.
Cut the elastic band (if necessary, measure the waist again) and thread it through the waistband with a large safety pin. Close the elastic and hand-sew the waistband seam opening.
