Pin the lining pocket bag right sides together against the pocket opening in the front skirt. Topstitch, finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch. Fold the lining pocket inward and press the opening edge; if necessary, topstitch close to the edge from the right side.
Pin the back pocket bag right sides together against the lining pocket bag and close the pocket bag. Finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch.
Pin the front and back skirt right sides together, close the side seams, finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch, and press them towards the back.
Finish the hem with a zigzag stitch and fold it 3 cm inward. Topstitch from the right side at 2.5 cm.
Fold the waistband right sides together into a loop and stitch along the short edge, leaving a hole about 3 cm wide for inserting the elastic band. Press seam allowances open. Fold the waistband lengthwise in half and pin right sides together against the skirt. The waistband seam aligns with the left side seam. Topstitch, finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch, and press downwards.
Cut the elastic band—it should not fit too tightly on the hips—and thread it through the hole in the waistband using a safety pin. Stitch the elastic band close to the edge and pull it completely into the waistband. Close the seam opening.

Place the front and back pieces right sides together and pin. Close the side and underarm seams. Finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch and press them into the back piece.
Also close the shoulder and upper arm seams. Finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch and press them into the back piece.
Place the front and back waistband right sides together and close the side seams. Press seam allowances open. Pin each sleeve cuff right sides together into a loop and close the underarm seams. Press seam allowances open. Fold the neckline facing right sides together into a loop and stitch along the short edge.
Press the hem band lengthwise in half. Pin the hem band right sides together, stretching, against the shirt hem. The side seams should align. Topstitch and finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch. Press seam allowances upwards.
Fold the sleeve cuffs lengthwise in half and pin right sides together, stretching, against the sleeve hems. The seams should align. Topstitch, finish seam allowances with a zigzag stitch, and press upwards.
